Shri A. M. Ghare, learned Counsel for the applicant has brought to our notice an order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 28^th September, 2012 rendered in M.C.A. Nos. 822 of 2012 and 823 of 2012, which were also filed for seeking review of the common order, which was passed in Writ Petition Nos. 1898 of 2012 and 1899 of 2012. It appears that by the

common order, of which review is sought in the present Misc. Civil Application, four petitions were decided. The Division Bench, in two Misc. Civil Applications, by order dated 28^th September, 2012 allowed the aforesaid applications and recalled the order dated 11^th September, 2012. In that light of the matter, therefore, we allow this Misc. Civil Application and accordingly recall the order of the Division Bench dated 11^th September, 2012 rendered in Writ Petition No. 1896 of 2012 and direct that the petition be listed before the Bench assigned with hearing and deciding writ petitions of the year 2012.
