ORAL ORDER:
1. Heard.
2.The learned Single Judge has considered the
issue and observed that considering the judgement of
the Apex Court, it is clarified that the order passed
by the Grievance Committee shall be treated to be
recommendatory.
3.In the light of the observations made by
learned Single Judge, we are of the view that no
further observations are required to be made by this
Court. We do not find any error in the view adopted.
