In the result the application is granted. The applicant shall be released on bail upon execution of Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and under conditions that :
(a) He shall report at Mapusa Police Station between 3p.m. to 5p.m. on any one day in the first week of every month starting from July, 2012 until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.68/2003.
(b) The applicant shall personally attend this Court on all dates of hearing of the said Criminal Appeal.
