Therefore, it is not possible to hold that the District Collector, Nanded has disobeyed the order or there is willful disobedience of the directions / observations of this Court in para 12 of the judgment of which disobedience is alleged. At the cost of repetition, the said directions given in para
12 are not capable to be implemented.
In that view of the matter, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
