Krishna Mahadev Bhende and Ors. Vs the Tahasildar, Tal. Panvel and Ors.

Considered the contentions canvassed by the respective counsel for the parties and perused the Civil Application. The Civil Application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to produce acknowledgment of payment of costs to the Committee before the Registry of this Court, on the basis thereof, the order dated 17.1.2012 shall stand revoked and the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the file of this Court.
