standing warrant of arrest Against the absconding accused including proclamation within the scope of section 83 r/w section 82 of Cr.P.C. For attachment and sale of property of those accused including the Company. Liberty was given to the party in person to request the Trial Court to split up the trial in respect of absconding accused and accused who attending the Court. Other prayers were declined.
Both petition and application are dismissed.
