This is an application filed by original respondent no. 2 seeking recall of the order dated 8.10.2012. The aforesaid order came to be passed by us on the basis of the statement made by learned APP.

Learned APP has, however, tendered an apology and has stated that on account of misunderstanding in respect of instructions, proper statement on behalf of respondents was not made by the learned APP. Learned APP, therefore, requests us to recall our order and fix the petition for hearing afresh.
