PER COURT:-
1. Heard parties.
2.On account of added information in Crime No. I-302
of 2009, registered at Kotwali police station, Tq. and
Dist. Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under
Section 214 of the Indian Penal Code, he has been
arrested and continued in Magisterial custody.
3. Application for bail has been argued at length.
4. This court had directed to the learned A.P.P. to take instructions as to when the investigation will be

completed.
5. Learned A.P.P. states that the investigation would be completed within two weeks.
6.In view of this development, this court finds that
it would be of no gain to deal with every submission
urged upon on behalf of the applicant.
7.It would be thus in the fitness of things and in
the interest of justice, the applicant files fresh
application after filing of the charge sheet.
8.In view of this situation, present application is
liable to be disposed of.
9. At this stage, learned advocate for the applicant prays for permission to withdraw the application.
10. Application is disposed as withdrawn.
