to Mumbai and after dropping her at the house of one Usha Rathod (Jain), went from that place. The prosecutrix found that it was a place used for immoral activities like prostitution and ultimately, she came to know that she was sold to the owner of brothel. She resided there for a period of one month. Thereafter, the applicant came there and took her to Moheda in Rajasthan to have a better employment and kept her at the house of one Raju Jain. Said Raju Jain and the present applicant forcibly committed sexual intercourse with her.
