2.This is an application for bail by four

out of eight persons, who were convicted for the

offence punishable under Section 304(II) of the

Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer R.I.

for five years with a fine of Rs.3,000/-.

Sanjay Jaiswal have been admitted to bail by
this Court pending hearing of this appeal by
order on criminal Application No.21 of 2012
passed on 6th March, 2012. There is no reason
to deny parity to the present applicants. For
the reasons mentioned in that order, application
is allowed. Applicants be released on bail on
their furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of
Rs.15,000/- each with one or more solvent
sureties in the sum aggregating to Rs.15,000/-
subject to condition that the applicants shall
not leave the State of Maharashtra without prior
permission of High Court and shall furnish their
residential address at the time of furnishing
bail bonds and shall not effect any change in
the address without first informing the Court at
least one month in advance.
