respective parties.
2.This is an application for bail by a
person, who has been convicted for the offence
punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal
Code and sentenced to suffer R.I. for 10 years.
The applicant was on bail during the trial from
17th October, 2008 till he was taken in custody
on 25th January, 2012 when the learned Judge
found him guilty. The injuries on PW-1 which

led the learned Judge to hold the applicant
guilty for the offence punishable under Section
307 of the Indian Penal Code are two contused
lacerated wounds on the left arm, two contused
lacerated wounds on the left thigh and one
contused lacerated wound on the right forearm.
He has not been held guilty for sharing any
common intention with accused No.1 in respect of
the other offence.
3.Considering this, applicant be released
on bail on his furnishing fresh bonds in the
same sum on which he was on bail. This appeal
be listed along with Criminal Appeal No.284 of
2012 filed by accused No.1 against his
conviction for the offence punishable under
Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
