Learned counsel for the appellant-respondent states that the appellant-respondent will file reply to the Arbitration Petition and to the Notice of Motion within two weeks from today.
2 In order to enable the appellant to file its reply as aforesaid, the hearing before the learned Single Judge shall take place after two weeks. There shall be ad interim stay against the interim order dated 18 October 2011 for four weeks from today.
The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of without going into the merits of the contentions of the parties.
