This appeal was dismissed by our judgment dated 16th October, 2012, however, in the operative part of the judgment, inadvertently it was not shown that eight weeks’ time was granted to Appellant no.1 Vishal alias Eshak s/o Nandu Maste to surrender and his bail bond also remained to be cancelled.
In the light of the matter, therefore, we accordingly correct our judgment. Paragraph 18 of the judgment should now be read with the inclusion of the following sentence :
“Time of eight weeks’ is granted to accused – appellant no.1 Vishal alias Eshak s/o Nandu Maste to surrender. His bail bonds stand cancelled.”

Necessary correction in the judgment be carried out and the certified copy of the corrected judgment be issued to the parties afresh, if copies have already been issued.
