accused the Driver of the Wind Mill Company with others entered in the field of the complainant, carried the complainant and the others in the vehicles to the godown at Kanharwadi and took their signatures / thumb impressions, snatched mobile of Rs.3000/-, threw on them nine cheques of Rs.50,000/- each drawn on Corporation bank, and the complainant, others were confined in the said godown upto 5 p.m. and thereafter, the Complainant and others sneaked from that place and went to their respective abode.
