of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 16th November, 2010 passed by Respondent No.3, rejecting Petitioner's application for renewal of license for permit room. The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the Respondent No.3 issued order dated 1st June, 2011 rejecting Petitioner's application for license for permit room.
The said order was challenged by the Petitioner in W.P. No. 4100 of 2011.

In that Petition, this Court (Coram: S.C. Dharmadhikari, J) passed order dated 9th June, 2011, directing authority to decide the Petitioner's Appeal against order dated 1st June, 2011 within eight weeks i.e. by 9th August, 2011. He states that today, i.e. 27th June, 2011, hearing of the said Appeal is over. The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, after taking instructions from Mr. Narkar, Sr. P.I. Hotel Branch, Desk 10, makes a statement that on or before 9th August, 2011, Respondent will communicate the final decision to the Petitioner. In view of the said statement, nothing survives in the present Petition and the same is disposed off.
4 It is made clear that if the order in Appeal goes against the Petitioner, interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 11th April, 2011 in Writ Petition No.9035 of 2010 to continue to 15 days from the receipt of the copy of this order.
