Both the orders dated 23rd June, 2011 (outward no.455 and 456) passed by the Commissioner, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. In view of these two orders, nothing survive in the present Petition. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off.
