- Matter is placed before this Court for speaking to minutes pointing out that reference to respondent no.2 in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 needs to be omitted. Learned Counsel further points out that the respondent no.2 is already deleted from the array of respondents in cause title of Writ Petition. It is, therefore, apparent that the reference or mention of respondent no.2 in paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2011 on Civil Application no.17964 of 2010 needs to be deleted and the said order needs to be read as issuing directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 8. The order is corrected accordingly to that extent.
