It is not in dispute that after impugned order dated 14.1.2011, the respondent has extended opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and fresh orders have been passed on 17.6.2011.
In view of this fresh order, order dated 14.1.2011 does not survive. Hence, the challenge in the petition to that extent is rendered infructuous.
