of the petitioner was examined by superior Authority, and the Investigating Officer has been replaced. As a result, the principal issue raised in this petition has been redressed. If the petitioner has any other grievance against the present Investigating Officer, the petitioner may raise that issue by way of appropriate proceedings, which will be considered on their own merits, in accordance with law.
