that Ranjit Shetty one of the Directors of Respondent No.2 has already been granted bail by the concerned Court and he is complying with the conditions imposed in the bail order meticulously. On the earlier occasion, the grievance of the petitioner was about the inaction of the local Police Officer in not arresting the said Ranjit Shetty. That issue stands redressed in terms of the statement made by the learned A.P.P.
No.1 to act upon the production warrant and arrest all the accused. Learned

A.P.P. states that the production warrant has been issued only against Ranjit Shetty and Manoj Vighe-accused No.6. So far as accused No.6 is concerned, he has been arrested and is in Arthur Road jail in connection with C.R.No.74/2007. As regards the present case, from the Roznama dated 11th May, 2007, it appears that accused No.6 is already released on bail. In
this view of the matter, the main relief claimed in this Petition is worked out.
