1. Heard learned Advocates of both sides. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants states that applicant no.2 is not pressing this bail application as of today. He seeks permission to withdraw the same. He argued so far as Dhanraj Gaikwad.

The allegation against Dhanraj is that he has given fist blows to deceased Abaji and thats about all. Dhanraj is a young boy of 19 years old and this boy is praying for grant of bail. The learned A.P.P. for the State submits that Dhanraj happened to be a member of a gang who approached Abaji and ultimately caused death of Abaji. He prays for dismissal of the application.

Having considered the role of Dhanraj namely giving blows and the fact that he is young boy of 19 years, he can be released on bail on the term of attendance. Hence the following order is passed.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn so far as applicant no.2 Madhav Sambhaji Gaikwad is concerned.

So far as applicant no.1 Dhanraj Gaikwad, this application is granted. He be released on bail in connection with Cr.No. 41/11 of Bhokar Taluka Police Station, Dist. Nanded in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall execute P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand).

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station firstly on 26^th November, 2011 and thereafter on every 2^nd Saturday till witnesses of behalf of prosecution are examined.
