1.Heard. The accused/applicant,
in custody from 20th May, 2010, in
Crime No.118/2010, registered at
Osmanabad City Police Station for
an offense under Section 376, 363,
366-A, 34 of IPC and Sections 3, 4,
5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic
(Prevention ) Act, 1956, seeks to
be released on bail.

2.Learned A.P.P. invited my
attention to the supplementary
statement of the prosecutrix dt.
19.5.2010 wherein the prosecutrix
implicates the accused/applicant as
tohowshecontrolledthe
prosecutrix and six persons, one

after another, committed sexual
abuse with the prosecutrix.

3.Considering the nature of
accusations, age of the victim to
be 17 years, the allegations more
lean to illustrate that the
applicant conducted a brothel in
which the prosecutrix was a victim
of situation and circumstances.
Even if the allegations of sexual
assault are hurled, it is as
against six unknown persons.

4.The other female accused, with
similar accusations, are released
by learned Sessions Judge and also
by this Court vide Criminal
Application No.3929/2010 by order
dt.27.10.2010.

5.Considering the age of the
victim to be 17 years and the
manner in which she traveled from
oneplacetoanotherand

went/carried herself to the house
of the accused/applicant herein,
the accused/applicant deserves to
be released on bail. Hence, order.

(a)Theaccused/applicantbe
released on bail on her executing
P.R. bond and surety in the sum of
Rs.25,000/- (Rs. twenty five
thousand).

The accused/applicant shall not
influencetheprosecution
witnesses, tamper them and shall
not indulge in identical or similar
activity.

The accused/applicant shall
regularly attend Sessions trial at
Osmanabad. Failure to result in
termination of bail.
