2.This is an application for leave to
file an Appeal against acquittal of the
respondents rendered by the learned Assistant
Sessions Judge, Karad for the offence
punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 read with
Section 34 of the IPC. The victim, who was
married to respondent No.1 in the year 2002
had a dislocation of her hand in the year 2006

occurred due to sneezing. The victim died of
100% burn along with her daughter in bath
room. Leave granted.
