AIR 1991, Supreme Court 1080, the request made by the petitioner deserves to be granted. Hence, the petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
“(a) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus/Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order directing the respondents and their subordinate Courts to decide and dispose of the LAR No.207 of 2001, LAR No.178 of 2001 and S.C.S.No. 271 of 2000 of the petitioner pending before the District Court/Civil Judge Senior Division, Solapur, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months.”
