30.9.2010, and on instructions, Advocate
Shri R.P.Phatke for Respondent No. 2 makes a
statement that the claim for social status

made by the petitioner is pending before

scrutiny committee at Nandurbar and not
before Nasik Committee. Advocate Shri
R.P.Phatke, on instructions, makes further

statement that the claim of the petitioner
for declaration of his social status will be
disposed of within six months from today.
Advocate for the Petitioner has no objection
to the same.

3.Writ Petition is accordingly, allowed
partly, with directions that Respondent No.
2-Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, Dist.
Nandurbar, shall decide claim of the
petitioner for social status within a period
of six months from today and communicate
decision thereon to the petitioner.

3.Petition stands disposed of, with
directions as aforesaid. Rule made absolute
accordingly. No order as to costs.
