1 Learned PP has brought to our notice that against the order
dated 19.1.2010 which is subject matter of challenge in this
proceeding, the petitioner had filed another Writ petition being
Criminal Writ Petition No.139/2010 which came to be rejected on
5.2.2010. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the

statement. As a result, this Court has no option but to dismiss the present petition as the successive petition for the same relief cannot be entertained. However, if the petitioner is able to produce on record that the statement made by the PP is incorrect, the Court may consider of reviving the present petition and decide on its own merits. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
