Mr.Gavankar, learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the order dated 9.3.2010 and submitted that the petitioner does not know as to who will hear the appeal filed by him. It appears that against the order rejecting his application for parole, the petitioner has filed an appeal under section 18 of the Prisons Rules before the Minister of State for Home. present in the court, submits that the Minister of State for Home will decide the appeal on merits within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. His statement is accepted. In view thereof nothing further survives in this petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
