Heard the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation. She states that the Municipal-Corporation has already taken over the possession of the welfare centre in the rehabilitated building constructed by the respondent-developer. The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation further states that within one month from today the concerned officer not below the rank of the Assistant Commissioner shall file affidavit indicating that the respondent Corporation proposes to use the welfare centre for the use of public in the locality. In view of this, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
