We have considered the allegations made. In our opinion, from the material on record, it will not be possible to issue any directions. However, if the petitioner has alleged specific grievances, the petitioner can bring forward those grievances to the notice of the concerned authorities and the said concerned authorities,if there be prima facie material in the complaint, to consider the same and act according to law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
With the above observations, the PIL is disposed of.
