was directed to be advertised. However, the Petitioner failed to comply with the order. By an order dated 9th July, 2010, one more opportunity was given to advertise the admission of the Petition on or before 6th August, 2010. However, the Petitioner has once again failed to advertise the Petition. In view thereof, the Company Petition stands dismissed.
