1. By this Company Petition, the Petitioner Can Bank Factors Ltd. is seeking winding up of M/s International Hometex Ltd. The Company Petition has come up for Admission. The Company- M/s International Home Tex Ltd. was wound up by an order of this Court dated 26th August, 2010 in Company Petition No. 279 of 2009. The Petitioner shall therefore lodge its claim with the Official Liquidator, who shall, thereupon adjudicate the same.
2. The company Petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
