Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Corporation.
He submits that the observations appearing in paragraph 8 of page No. 9 of the judgment, does not indicate the correct position, as winding up has not yet taken place.
He has requested either to delete particular reference or to add the following;
“ Learned counsel submits, the manufacturing

activities are closed, only administrative staff is working. The winding up activities are also not yet begun .” in the judgment.
Considering the nature of details received by the counsel, above addition be carried in paragraph 8 of the judgment dated 14.7.2010.
Both the applications allowed to the extent above.
