(2) Learned counsel appearing to seek intervention submits, he has already moved Writ Petition No. 3311/2010, in which present petitioner is also a party.
(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, the intervention or role of intervenor in the present proceedings is not warranted and the proceedings are independently carving compliance of the direction

passed and favouring the petitioner.
(4) The learned counsel further clarifies, there are no directions which are apparently affecting the intervenor
(5) The learned counsel for Social Welfare Department informs, in pursuance to submission of bills concerning salary or wages of the petitioner, respective payments are made to the petitioner, which is during the pendency of the present proceedings
(6) The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 accepts to forward the pay bills of the petitioner, showing his entitlement/benefits for 6th Pay Commission within two months, which will be subject to the out come of the writ petition.
(7) With the above observations, contempt petition disposed of.
