As per the office report, this application already stands dismissed against Respondent Nos. 2 to 7. Respondent No.1 is original contesting party plaintiff. This court has already granted adinterim relief on 22/11/2006. The Civil Application is pending since 2006. The Second Appeal was admitted on 23rd June, 2009. Therefore, in view of the averments made, the interim order so granted shall continue till the decision of the Second Appeal. However, liberty is granted to the parties to apply for appropriate order.
2 The Civil Application is accordingly allowed with no order as to costs.
