.This is an Application for bail by a

person, who is alleged to have participated in

the riot, thereby, he is alleged to have

committed an offence punishable under Sections

¶16

143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 395, 427, 504 and 509
of the Indian Penal Code. The Complainant had

elborately named 30 persons in his report.

This list of 30 persons does not show name of

the Applicant whose name seems to have added

¶20

subsequently. The Complainant has also
identified Ranjeet Deshmukh, Godu Bagal,

Balaji Bagal, Suresh Bagal, Ankush Bagal, Gane
Bagal and Kantilal Deshmukh who were armed
with Swords, Sticks and Stones. Thus, the
role attributed to the Applicant may at worst
be participation in the mob.

2.In view of this, Applicant be released
on bail on P.R.Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or
more sureties in aggregate sum of Rs.20,000/-

on the condition that the Applicant shall
attend the Police Station, Kurduwadi, District
Solapur on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month
between 10.00 to 1.00 P.M till the case is
