eight months now. Even so, since the trial has
commenced and according to the learned counsel
for the applicants five witnesses have been
examined, this application can be disposed of
by directing the learned trial Judge to finish
the trial within a period of two months. The
application is disposed of with direction to
the learned trial Judge to finish the trial
within a period of two months. The learned APP
undertakes to instruct the I.O. to ensure that

the trial is not hampered on account of absence
of any witness and the prosecution will take
steps to see that the witnesses remain present
on the dates on which they are summoned by the
trial Court.
