.Mother-in-law, who has been arrested
for setting her daughter-in-law on fire seeks
bail. The daughter-in-law has given Dying
Declaration stating that the Applicant poured
Kerosene from a can on her person and set her
on fire. The victim died four days after this
Declaration was given. The learned Counsel
for the Applicant states that since the
Applicant is an aged lady, she may be admitted
to bail.
