.By these Applications, the original
Complainant - victim as also the Prosecution
seek cancellation of bail granted to Sachin
Narayan Bhaud, who had enticed the Complainant

- victim into permitting him to have sexual
intercourse with her. The victim is present
in Court and states that she has already
married the Respondent.
2.In view of this, there is no question
of cancellation of bail granted to Respondent,
Sachin Narayan Bhaud.
