.By this Application, the State seeks
cancellation of bail granted to Respondent,
Ramdas Shripat Keer, who is alleged to have
participated in the assault on one Ravindra
Mayekar. The allegation is that the
Respondent attempted to inflict a blow on said
Ravindra Mayekar but it was warded off by the
Complainant. The said blow was administered
by one Rupesh on the chest of victim Ravindra
Mayekar. This Rupesh Mayekar had been
admitted to bail by this Court by order dated

5th May, 2010 in 704 of 2010.
2.In view of this, no case for
cancellation of bail of the Respondent is made
out.
3.Application is rejected.
