anticipatory bail. The applicant is shown as an
accused in C.R.No.22/10 registered by Sangola
Police Station for alleged offences under Sections

read with 34 of the I.P.C. Allegation of the
complainant is that the property belonging to him
has been wrongly sold to the present applicant. The

Pawar. The learned A.P.P. States that since there
are photographs affixed to the document, police
also determined that the said photographs are not
of the original owners and and they are of some
bonded labourers Mr. and Mrs. Dange. Statements of
Mr. and Mrs. Dange were recorded. In the
circumstances, not a fit case for grant of
anticipatory bail. Hence, application is rejected.
