1This is an application for grant of

anticipatory bail. Applicants are shown as accused
in C.R.No.127/2009 registered by Akkalkot North
Police Station for alleged offences under Sections
324,326,504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and 135 of the
Bombay Police Act. Two persons have been injured
and the police have added Section 326 as there is
grevious injury. It is contended that there is
counter case and the present applicants have been
injured. Injury certificates are shown to me and

they categorically state that the injuries are
simple in nature. Dangerous weapons have been used
by some of the members and the same are yet to be
recovered. Not a fit case for grant of anticipatory
bail. Hence, application is rejected.
