Heard Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned APP for the appellant/State, Mr. V.A. Kothale, learned counsel for respondent no.4 (original accused no.5) and Mr. Anil S. Mardikar, learned counsel for respondent nos.6 to 11 (original accused nos.7 to 12).
Both these applications are being disposed by common order since they are arising out of Criminal Appeal No.224/1997. Criminal Application No.505/2010 has been filed by respondent no.4, whereas Criminal Application No.506/2010 has been filed by respondent nos.6 to 11.

In view of absence of respondent nos.4 and respondent nos.6 to 11, on 18th June, 2010 when appeal was called out for hearing, this court issued Non-Bailable Warrants against the said respondents.
It is the case of the said respondents that they could not remain present on the said date and their counsel also missed the date and as such they did not remain present.
In view of the reasons given in both the applications, non-bailable warrants issued on 18th June, 2010 against respondent no.4 and respondent nos.6 to 11 are cancelled.
Respondents shall remain present on the next date and shall continue to remain personally present unless exempted.
Both the applications stand disposed of.
