the Corporation states that the Corporation
has prepared its report dated 11th August,
2009 recording therein that on inspection by
the Corporation it is found that the kitchen
room has been marked on the first floor. It
is also stated that the petitioner is found

using an excess area of 550 sq.ft. on the 2
floor as service room. The report is taken on

record and marked �X� for identification.
2It is submitted on behalf of the
petitioner that the petitioner shall apply
for reinstatement/renewal of the licence to
the respondent Corporation. The learned
Advocate appearing for the respondent
Corporation. on instructions, states that
upon receipt of such application for
reinstatement/renewal of licence, the same
shall be considered within a period of four
weeks in the light of the report marked �X�
3In view of the above the petitioners
are not pressing for any other reliefs in the
petition and seek to withdraw the same. The
petition is, therefore, dismissed as
withdrawn with no order as to costs.
