After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, we dispose of this Writ Petition as not pressed with liberty to the Petitioner to take up all contentions before Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. The Respondents will be at liberty to take up their objections before the Tribunal. However, for a period of two weeks from today, physical possession will not be taken. To this order, none of the learned Counsel have objection. Writ Petition disposed of. No order as to costs.
