This petition is filed by one St. Teresa's High School
and the Trust who is managing the School inter alia, praying for setting aside of three orders, all dated 4/10/2008 whereby approval to three teachers working with the petitioners has been rejected by respondent 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent

1 has granted approval to two of the said teachers. The
3rd teacher has left the school. He submitted that in the circumstances, only a direction be given to respondent 1 to reconsider the case of the 3rd teacher - Ms. Preeti Chawbe for her salary for the period 16/6/2008 to 30/4/2009. Learned A.G.P. states that respondent 1 will consider her case in accordance with law. The statement made by learned A.G.P. is accepted. The petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned A.G.P.
