authority under Section 110(e) and (g) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. As has been stated by the Special Executive Magistrate in his affidavit, the said reply to the show cause notice shall be considered and further appropriate order will be passed as per law after hearing the petitioner or his advocate. The stay granted to the warrant issued against the petitioner shall continue to operate till 17th November 2009. We make it clear that if the petitioner fails to appear before the Special Executive Magistrate on 17th November 2009, the warrant will operate against him.
3. The petition is disposed off accordingly.
