We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner in this petition challenges the legality of the election which was fixed on 14th December, 2008. It is not in dispute that the election has already been held. Thus, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take such other remedy as permissible in law. All the grounds raised in this petition are kept open. Writ petition stands disposed of.
