CORAM : S.J. VAZIFDAR, J.
DATED : 4TH FEBRUARY, 2009.
P.C. :
1. There is nothing to suggest that the High
Power Committee will not decide the matter
expeditiously if an application in that behalf is made
and a case justifying expeditious hearing is made out.
Till such an application is made, there is no warrant
for entertaining this Writ Petition. The Petitioner
is always at liberty to make such an application.
2. With the above observations, the Writ
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
