This petition came to be filed seeking direction of this
Court that in Criminal Complaint No. 1-9 of 2008 registered at
Lasalgaon Police Station, Taluka Niphad, District Nashik, the police has
not taken any steps against the persons who are accused persons, viz., Pandharinath Karbhari Thare and Jayprakash Shankar Naik. We are

informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the police has arrested the accused persons and the investigation is in progress. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition. The same is dismissed as infructuous.
