Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that the matter can be referred to the Anomaly Committee constituted by the Government which after hearing the Petitioner could pass appropriate orders. In this view of the matter, nothing survives at this stage and the petition is accordingly disposed of. The matter be placed before the Anomaly Committee for passing appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from today. No order as to costs.
